Company Culture Management

Our Company Culture Management package contains all the services needed to manage and transform the culture of an organization. It begins with research to identify and prioritize the issues influencing the culture. Based on this, visioning workshops produce a strategy to address the issues and tailor the culture. Once the decision is made to actively manage, improve or transform the culture at the organization, we provide the support and guidance to move the process forward.

Culture & Employee Assessment

TSC can provide a standalone service to assess the culture and/or employee sentiment within an organization. This is typically accomplished using surveys and interviews, data analysis and synthesis, and reporting.


Culture Visioning & Roadmap Development

TSC can provide a standalone service to facilitate visioning workshops focused on culture transformation. These workshops produce ideas for improving culture within the organization and and help prioritize the strategies.
